  • In 2019, we started our first cohort of the Adira Men's Forum after receiving numerous requests from our Adira Women Network Alumni and fellow men. At the time, they told us they wanted a safe space to discuss the challenges that men experience and to get wise counsel from fellow men in an authentic and structured way. They wanted a place where they could discuss their views on masculinity and get insights on how to lead at home and in the marketplace. 

    And that is why we set up this program. To help men unlearn, re-learn and learn new practical and positive ways to exercise their masculinity and define themselves beyond the weight of titles and responsibilities that are laden on them.

  • Module 1: Behind The Mask

    We begin with truth.

    The roles you play…the expectations you carry…and the masks you wear to survive.

    Because you cannot lead authentically…if you are hidden behind performance.


  • Module 2: Identifying the Mistakes Men Make

    We confront patterns.

    The silent mistakes that hold men back —in leadership, relationships, and personal growth.

    Not to judge…but to bring awareness, acceptance and ownership. 


  • Module 3: The Success Journey

    We explore our definitions of success and what it means to us. We interrograte the source of these definitions and then we collectively and individually redefine success.

    Not just as achievement —but as alignment.

    What does it mean to build a life that is not just impressive…but meaningful?


  • Module 4: Leadership, Power & Authority

    Men are required to lead and sometimes no one gives them the blue print on hwo to lead whilst providing safety and love. So this module will unpack leadership.

    The difference between control and influence. Between position and presence.

    And how to lead in a way that earns trust.


  • Mid-Term Review

    Here is where we take our mid-term review to check in on where we are at and where we need additional support. 

  • Module 5: Managing Me


    In this module, we delver deeper and interrogate who you are. 

    Your discipline.
    Your habits.
    Your emotional intelligence.

    Because the greatest leadership challenge… is self.



  • Module 6: How To Sell Yourself

    In this module, we step into visibility.

    Learning how to communicate your value, position yourself with confidence, and show up with clarity.


  • Module 7: Managing My Wealth

    We expand into legacy.

    How you think about money. Your relationship with it. 
    How you build it. How you sustain it.

    Because leadership also means stewardship.


  • End of Program Reflections

    We take another pause to catch up individually and audit our journey through the program, discussing its impact, key learnings and any required support.
